Open Culture is a site offering courses in 46 languages.
The Library has materials for learning languages. For example, do a keyword search in the Library's catalog for 'Spanish language self-instruction' to get an idea of what is available for learning Spanish. Or, browse call numbers 400-499 to find materials on languages from English to Tagalog.
