City Council – Regular Meetings: 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, 7 p.m., City Council Chamber, 200 Old Bernal Avenue.
Virtual Attendance for Just Cause – Request Form
The Virtual Attendance Request Form is provided for use as provided under the Brown Act. Once completed, the Councilmember or Commissioner will submit directly to the City Clerk or Commission staff liaison.
Submit Written Public Comment
To submit written public comment regarding an open session item on this meeting agenda visit this page. Comments will be accepted by the City Clerk’s Office until 12:00 p.m. on the day of the Council meeting.
Public participation: It is requested that members of the public wishing to address the City Council submit a speaker card. When public comment is opened on an agenda item, individuals may speak once per agenda item.
In Person:
- Submit a physical speaker card to the City Clerk at the meeting. When your name is called, please provide a comment at the podium.
