The City of Pleasanton has commissioned an independent research firm to conduct a survey in the City of Pleasanton, focusing on the Police Department, to assess feelings of safety and levels of community trust from Pleasanton residents, business owners, and visitors. The survey was identified as part of the Police Department’s strategic plan and aligns with the plan’s overarching goals.

Randomly selected respondents may be contacted by email, text, or telephone.

Your individual responses are entirely confidential and anonymous and will be used to inform strategies to strengthen any identified deficits in feelings of safety and trust. Your personal data will not be sold or provided to anyone. You will not be approached for any other reason – we are only interested in your opinions.
