Description

The City of Pleasanton (City) is seeking qualified consultants to submit their qualifications for assistance with integrating the Operations Services Department (OSD) workflows into the MaintStar CMMS. The selected consultant will assess our current practices, assist with business process mapping to establish best practice maintenance management processes throughout the various Department Divisions. This effort coincides with the Department upgrade of the MaintStar CMMS to v15.

To Prepare the Water System Management Plan

Description

The City of Pleasanton (City) is seeking a consultant to prepare the Water System Management Plan (WSMP). Interested consultants are invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) by submitting a single statement of qualifications (SOQ) for evaluation by the City. After evaluation of the SOQs, the City will select its preferred consultant and enter into contract negotiations including scope of work and fee. Upon successful completion of negotiations, the City and consultant will execute a professional services agreement that will be taken to City Council for authorization.

Annual Street Resurfacing and Preventive Maintenance, Project No. 21503

Description

In order to be an eligible bidder, interested bidders must contact the City of Pleasanton in order to be included on the plan holder’s list. Please see bid packet for more information.

There are two components to this project: the first component is preventative maintenance work in preparation for the City’s Annual Slurry Seal Project; the second component is for the Annual Street Resurfacing Project work. The preventive maintenance work includes approximately 57,000 square feet of full-depth HMA repair (dig-out) and 10,000 pounds of crack sealing on various streets in preparation for the 1,700,000 square feet of slurry-seal work that the City will perform under a separate contract. Preventative maintenance work shall be completed no later than August 15, 2021. The Annual Street Resurfacing Project work involves the resurfacing of approximately 1,370,000 square feet of existing pavement and approximately 140,000 square feet of full-depth HMA pavement repair on various streets with HMA overlay with paving mat or HMA overlay over cold-planed pavement. The project also includes the installation of asphalt leveling course in various locations, wedge grinding or milling, adjusting manholes and valve boxes, etc. to grade, traffic striping and pavement legends, pavement markers, traffic signal loops, traffic control and any necessary coordination with other projects occurring within the vicinity of the project site.

Traffic Signal Maintenance and Emergency Repair Services

Description

The City of Pleasanton is requesting proposals (RFP) for the equipment maintenance and emergency repair services for one hundred twenty (120) traffic signalized intersections and thirteen (13) beacons / in-pavement light systems

BACKGROUND
The City of Pleasanton presently owns and/or operates one hundred twenty (120) signalized intersections and thirteen (13) beacons / in-pavement lights. Traffic engineering staff administers the current maintenance services contract for the maintenance and emergency repair of all signal equipment, and will continue to do so with the company selected to perform work described in this RFP.

SCOPE OF SERVICES
The scope of services provides equipment maintenance services and emergency repair for the one hundred twenty (120) signalized intersections and thirteen (13) beacons / in-pavement lights fully described in the RFP COPIES OF RFP PACKAGE The RFP shall be posted on E-Bid Board and will be available at the City's website at www.cityofpleasantonca.gov
