Senior Transportation
Pleasanton Rides: Providing safe, comfortable, reliable, on-time, affordable rides for Pleasanton Seniors 70 years and older. Rides provided by Black Tie Transportation and funded in part by Alameda County Transportation Commission Measure BB. Call (925) 398-1045 for more information or to schedule a ride.
Senior Nutrition
Open Heart Kitchen: Enjoy a nutritious lunch provided by Open Heart Kitchen, in cooperation with the Area Agency on Aging of Alameda County and the City of Pleasanton. Senior Lunches (60+) served in the Senior Center Main Hall Monday through Friday, 11:45 a.m.- 12:45 p.m. to seniors with reservations. Reservations need to be made by phone only, by 1:00 p.m. the day before (or on Friday for Monday) by calling Open Heart Kitchen at (925) 500-8241.
Spectrum Community Services Inc. (Meals on Wheels): Senior Meals are for anyone in the community 60+ years old. An annual registration is required along with an advanced reservation at the distribution site. For each meal, a $3.75 contribution is requested. Call (925) 931-5385 for more information.

CityServe of the Tri-Valley Senior Programs: CityServe is here to provide services for older adults that will foster independence, promote safety and wellbeing, preserve dignity, create community and improve quality of life. Call (925) 222-2273 (CARE) or drop by their office at the Senior Center today to set up a care session to see how they can support you.
Legal Assistance for Seniors (LAS): Health Insurance Counseling and Advocacy Program (HICAP) continues to serve Medicare beneficiaries. Call (510) 832-3040 for more information.
