The City of Pleasanton Housing Division coordinates the development and maintenance of affordable rental and ownership housing in Pleasanton. The division is responsible for managing housing-related matters within the City, which includes administering various programs and services for low-income individuals and families, seniors and residents with disabilities.

  • ECHO Housing is hosting a free first-time homebuyer program on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. via Zoom. Register here by 12 p.m. Friday, March 1, 2024 to participate!
  • The Alameda County Foreclosure Prevention Program (FPP) has recently expanded its eligibility guidelines to provide financial assistance to more Landlords and Homeowners in Alameda County who were negatively impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. The application deadline is March 31, 2024, and grants of up to $75,000 are available. To learn more about the program, please visit the FPP online portal here.
