The City of Pleasanton has launched a new ONE Pleasanton Strategic Plan Dashboard. Adopted in 2023, the 5-Year Strategic Plan has been regularly tracked and shared through updates at City Council meetings and on the City’s website. The new dashboard builds on this foundation by giving the community an even more accessible and comprehensive view of the plan, offering clear insight into how each strategy is being implemented.

“The new dashboard enhances public access by giving the community a clear view of the actions and outcomes being achieved through the Strategic Plan,” said City Manager Gerry Beaudin.

Progress Across All Five Strategic Goals

The ONE Pleasanton Strategic Plan includes five goals and 47 strategies, each supported by detailed implementation actions. The dashboard highlights progress toward each strategy giving the community a straightforward and organized view of ongoing implementation efforts.

Dashboard Demonstrates Strong Momentum

The first iteration of the dashboard reflects strong progress: 66% of the 47 strategies are on track, and 13% have already been completed. This demonstrates consistent momentum across all City departments as we work to achieve the community’s long-term priorities.

Quarterly updates to the dashboard will continue throughout the five-year plan, with the next update expected in March 2026, providing the community with comprehensive information on strategic plan progress.
