Water Rate Update 2025
To maintain safe, high-quality water service and meet growing infrastructure and regulatory needs, the City is proposing updates to its water and recycled water rates, drought rates, and connection fees. A comprehensive rate study was completed in July, and the City Council will hold a public hearing on October 7, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. to consider adopting the proposed changes for the next four years, beginning January 1, 2026.
