Request Form for Officials – Virtual Attendance for Just Cause
The Virtual Attendance Request Form is provided for use as provided under the Brown Act. Once completed, the Councilmember or Commissioner will submit directly to the City Clerk or Commission staff liaison.
Submit Written Public Comment
Written public comments regarding an open session item on a meeting agenda will be accepted by the City Clerk’s Office once an agenda is published and closes on 12:00 p.m. on the day of the Council meeting. After 12:00 p.m., materials must be provided in person at the meeting and include 6 copies.

Accessible Public Meetings
The City of Pleasanton provides reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities to participate in public meetings. Speak In Person:
- Submit a physical speaker card to the City Clerk at the meeting. When your name is called, please provide a comment at the podium.
Speak Remotely:
- Join the meeting on Zoom at the link or phone number provided on the agenda.
You may participate in the virtual meeting by using the “raise hand” function once public comment is opened on an item. You will be unmuted when your name is called and you will be re-muted after the allotted time. To raise your hand, click the “raise your hand” button or *9 on your telephone. To unmute your phone, press *6.
