Water exercise classes are a great way to get low-impact aerobic exercise. Water workouts support the body and reduce the risk of muscle or joint injury. The Dolores Bengtson Aquatic Center offers water exercise classes in both shallow and deep water to accommodate every workout style and level of comfort.
