Registration
Register for classes and activities using one of the three options:
- Online
- By mailing the registration form found in the back of each Activities Guide
- In-person at one of Pleasanton’s facilities:
The City offers limited financial assistance to qualified Pleasanton residents who meet the income requirements. If you are interested in participating in programs offered through the Department, find out more about the city’s Fee Assistance Program.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be assessed a $10 processing fee
- The credit/debit card processing fee is non-refundable
- No refunds given for non-attendance
- Refunds will not be granted if requested less than 7 calendar days prior to the start of the class or program
- Full refunds will be given for any classes canceled by the department.
- Gingerbread Preschool School Year Classes – Refunds will be assessed a $50 processing fee.
Please note: All credit and debit card transactions made to the City of Pleasanton will be charged a nonrefundable 2.5% convenience fee. Payments made by cash and checks will not be charged a convenience fee.

Please send all necessary documentation by the following deadlines. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be included in the session’s Activities Guide.
