Description

The City of Pleasanton is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to architectural firms interested in working with the City to develop biddable plans and specifications to remodel/expand the Pleasanton Senior Center, located at 5353 Sunol Boulevard, Pleasanton.The City would like to add approximately 3,500 square feet to the north side of the existing building. As envisioned, the new space will ultimately be an open room for multi-purpose use, but in the short term the space will be divided to serve as office space for City Community Service and Information Technology personnel.

 Yolanda Court Outfall Structure Repair

Description
 
This work will consist of replacement of fifty feet (50’) of failed thirty-six-inch (36”) CSP storm drain line between two existing inlet structures with thirty-six-inch (36”) FPVC pipe located within East Bay Regional Parks District's Shadow Cliffs Recreational Area immediately adjacent to Old Vineyard Avenue and Yolanda Court. Work shall include the removal of the existing pipe, grading, import of fill, installation of pipe, slope stabilization and environmental protections. Given the importance of this storm drain, this is an urgent project. The City desires to have the repairs implemented as quickly as possible.

Water Tanker Services

Description STARTING Monday 3/28/16, RFB BID PACKAGE IS AVAILIBLE IN HARD COPY ONLY FROM CITY OPERATION SERVICES CENTER @ 3333 BUSCH ROAD, PLEASANTON, 94566. PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR CONTACT INFORMATION TO RECEIVE PACKET. ANSWERS TO ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THIS RFB SHALL BE PROVIDED TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS VIA EMAIL ONLY. The City of Pleasanton is seeking proposals for transportation and delivery of reclaimed water by tanker truck within the City. Contractor shall not be responsible for the purchase of reclaimed water. All work to be performed shall be in accordance with the Special Provisions (Exhibit B), and shall be overseen by the Parks Superintendent. The selected company will provide the following services: * Supervision and management of services; * Daily response to questions and service requests; * Daily, weekly, monthly record keeping and recording; * Pickup, transportation, and delivery of reclaimed water to golf course
