Concession Stand No. 2 at Ken Mercer Sports Park

Description

**In order to be an eligible bidder, the bid packet must be purchased from the City of Pleasanton's Engineering Department**

This work will consist of the replacement of the existing concession stand number 2 at the City of Pleasanton’s Ken Mercer Sports Park located at 5500 Parkside Drive. Work will include: demolition of the existing building and foundation; installation of a new building pad, prefabricated concession building, electrical, water and sewer connections; removal and replacement of sidewalks and landscaping; and other associated work. All request for substitutions of prefabricated building manufacture shall be completed prior to August 20, 2019. The Engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $400,000.

Pioneer Cemetery Entry and Wayfinding Improvements
