Please check back here at that time.* * The project replaces concrete in preparation for the City’s annual resurfacing programs and will consist of, but is not limited to, 125 pedestrian ramps, 5,250 square feet of sidewalk and driveways, 1,725 linear feet of curb and gutter, installation of 57 glue down ADA domes and grinding the curb lip flush and associated work. The project has a milestone to complete work on streets that are scheduled to be resurfaced by July 29, 2021. The work includes: 85 pedestrian ramps, 4,500 square feet of sidewalk and driveways, 1500 linear feet of curb and gutter. |

See the bid packet for details.* * There are two components for this project: the first component is the expansion of an existing transportation corridor parking lot; the second component is renovation of Centennial Towers Plaza. The first component work will consist of the expansion of an existing 60 stall gravel parking lot to an asphalt concrete paved 142 stall parking lot that is approximately 36,300 square feet, as well as park modifications along the rail corridor in downtown Pleasanton between Bernal Avenue and Abbie Street. The project includes asphalt concrete paving, a retaining wall, concrete pedestrian path, curb, gutter, curb ramp and driveway, structural soil cells, storm drainage, lighting, striping and signing, landscape, and site amenities The second component of work, referred to as “Centennial Towers Plaza Renovation” includes remove, salvage and reinstall the existing engraved brick paver, concrete pavement replacement, drainage, lighting, and site amenities. The Engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $3 million. |

Description |
The City of Pleasanton is seeking proposals for the preparation of both financial and compliance audit reports covering the City and its related operations from qualified firms of certified public accountants. A complete description of services to be provided is described later in this document. The contract will be for a period of three years with an option to renew for an additional two years. The first reporting period to be audited is July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. This RFP consists of a Minimum Content of Responses, Required Scope of Auditor Services, City Background Information and a request for a Not-to-Exceed Price for Proposed Services. Responding firms shall be solely responsible for any expenses incurred in preparing proposals in response to this request. |

See the bid packet for details.* This work will consist in general of, but is not limited to, furnishing and installing a Debris Separating Baffle Box (DSBB) trash capture device and a connector pipe screen (CPS), which includes lifting and placing the DSBB; mobilization; stormwater pollution control; sheeting, shielding, shoring, and bracing; structure excavation and backfill; reconstructing curb; removing, cutting into, and connecting to the existing 60-inch storm drain pipe including the concrete collars; removing tree; dewatering; temporary stormwater bypass or cofferdam; pavement restoration; pavement seal coat; restoration of pavement markings; restoration of landscaping and irrigation; site restoration; stormwater pollution prevention; and all other work as may be necessary to complete the work as required by the plans, standard specifications, and special provisions. **In order to be an eligible bidder, prospective bidders must contact the City to be included on the planholder list and attend one of the two mandatory pre-bid meetings** This work will consist of various drywell and wetwell ventilation improvements, electrical lighting replacement, gas monitoring system replacement, and supporting electrical infrastructure improvements at Lift Stations 7 and 8 in the City of Pleasanton. Temporary ventilation and gas monitoring systems shall be provided at each lift station during construction. The Engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $1.1 million. There is a requirement that prospective prime bidders attend and register at a mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project. A bid received from a prime bidder that did not attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting will be deemed non-responsive. The mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held at 4450 Bernal Avenue (LS 7 site), Pleasanton, CA, on January 21 at 1:30 p.m. and January 27 at 10:00 a.m. Bidders need only attend one of the two meetings. The meeting will provide the opportunity for prospective bidders to walk both sites. The Contractor is responsible for providing and installing all other items as shown in the Drawings. The project also includes reconstruction of existing facilities affected by the work and incidentals for a complete and usable facility. The Project is located in the City of Pleasanton, California, at the City’s Sycamore and Foothill Tank Sites, as indicated in the Drawings, in the following locations: 1. The Sycamore Tank is located adjacent to 1092 Sycamore Creek Way, Pleasanton, California 94566 at the City’s tank site property. 2. The Foothill Tank and Laurel Creek Pump Station is located near Laurel Creek Park at 5875 Laurel Creek Drive, Pleasanton, California 94566. The Engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $1,200,000. There is a requirement that prospective prime bidders attend and register at a mandatory pre-bid meeting for this project. A bid received from a prime bidder that did not attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting will be deemed non-responsive. The mandatory pre-bid meetings will be held at Foothill Tank at Laurel Creek Park at 5875 Laurel Creek Drive, Pleasanton, CA, on January 19 at 10:00 a.m. and January 22 at 1:30 p.m. Sycamore tank will also be visited as part of the meetings.
