Description

To be an eligible bidder and to be placed on the plan holder list for this project, please contact the City of Pleasanton (925) 931-5650, for additional information. The work shall consist of, but not limited to, all of the work associated with the removal and replacement of 19 hydrant laterals; 2 pipe abandonment; 1 bridge crossing; 4 service relocations, 15 blow off replacements and 1 valve installation, as shown on the plans including traffic control, utility coordination, testing requirements and road restoration, complete in place, in conformance with the plans and specifications and all within the City of Pleasanton. The Engineer’s cost estimate for the project is $850,000.

The City of Pleasanton is interested in reconstructing the existing I-680 at Sunol Boulevard Interchange to improve congestion on Sunol Boulevard by installing a new traffic signal at Sunol Boulevard and both the I-680 northbound and southbound intersections. This work may also include the widening of Sunol Boulevard, freeway ramps and I-680 merge lane.
