Pleasanton's newest addition of below market rate units include, 10 new, two-bedroom, affordable homes that are for sale to income-qualified buyers at SummerHill Andares, a 94-unit community being developed by SummerHill Homes in Pleasanton. These below market rate (BMR) homes, made possible by the City of Pleasanton’s Inclusionary Zoning Ordinance, are offered at $265,000 to provide households at or below 80 percent Area Median Income the opportunity to make Pleasanton their home.
