Public participation: It is requested that members of the public wishing to address the Planning Commission submit a speaker card. When public comment is opened on an agenda item, individuals may speak once per agenda item.

3. PUD-136, Simon Property Group, Stoneridge Mall Residential – Consideration of: (1) adoption of an Addendum to the Supplemental Environmental Impart Report (SEIR) for the City of Pleasanton Housing Element and Climate Action Plan General Plan Amendment and Rezonings; and (2) application for Planned Unit Development (PUD) development plan approval to construct 260 multi-family apartment units and related site improvements including a new parking structure
