Military personnel, veterans, their families, caregivers, and survivors will find information regarding benefits, housing, education, employment, healthcare and more at the Adult Information Desk.  The Veterans Resource Center is staffed by reference librarians during library hours.

IRS Information for Active MilitaryVeterans, Caregivers, Family Members: Find timely information about federal tax credits and benefits, financial education and asset-building opportunities.

AARP Tax AIDE offers FREE tax preparation services by appointment for active military personnel, veterans, and their family members.

California State Controller's OfficeCOVID19 Relief and Assistance for Individuals and Families CalEITC is a refundable tax credit meant to help low- to moderate-income people and families. The maximum credit for an individual with no qualifying dependents is $243, while a married couple filing jointly with three or more children could get back up to $3,027.
