The City of Pleasanton offers a variety of performing, visual, and literary arts through its Civic Arts program, as well as a variety of community events and performances:


Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council Public Art Wayfinding Sign

The Pleasanton Cultural Arts Council commissioned two wayfinding signs directing the public to Pleasanton's downtown public art pieces, city cultural sites and historical buildings. The wayfinding signs can be found in front of the Museum on Main and on Neal Street across from Meadowlark Dairy. Project Paint Box

Interested in helping to beautify the City's utility boxes? The City of Pleasanton is looking for artists for the next phase of Project Paintbox. Chosen artists will receive a $750 stipend. Click here for more information and the application packet. 


Join us for an electrifying evening of art meeting innovation in Downtown Pleasanton. The inaugural IGNITE! event is slated to fill the Firehouse Arts Center and surrounding streets. The evening event will feature light installations, innovative art displays, computer technology, robotics, IGNITE! talks, fire elements, entertainment, and food.
