Welcome to the Dolores Bengtson Aquatic Center (DBAC), Pleasanton’s premiere aquatic facility, featuring a 50-meter Olympic-size pool, shallow pool with waterslide, and 25-meter ‘L shaped’ lap pool with attached diving well and two 1-meter diving boards, and plenty of turf for picnics and lounging poolside. Pools are heated to 80 degrees, year-round. The facility is also equipped with plenty of parking, locker room and shower facilities.

Programs at DBAC include Lap Swimming, Water Exercise classes, Learn-to-Swim programs, Swim Teams, Summer Camps, Summer Recreational Swimming and Red Cross Certified courses including Lifeguarding, Water Safety Instruction, and Basic Water Rescue.

Lap Swimming

Experience the amazing health benefits of lap swimming in our 50-meter pool (heated, year round). All ages are welcome; however, swimmers must be able to swim the width of the pool without stopping. Lanes may be assigned and space sharing is required. Spectators fees apply to all who plan to stay and watch from within the aquatic facility. Personal coaching is prohibited. For handy reference, download and print a flyer of our lap swim program, days, hours, and fees.
