RECYCLED WATER PROJECT TO EXPAND ALONG VALLEY AVENUE

In addition, other capital improvement projects will take place along Valley Avenue and likely cause some moderate traffic impacts along Valley between Hopyard Road and Bernal Avenue.

Crews will begin potholing work along Valley Avenue prior to the construction and installation of a recycled water main that will likely start sometime in January, 2017. As a result, recycled water will be extended along Valley Avenue to Arroyo Del Valle, allowing for the roadway landscaping there to be irrigated with recycled water.

In addition to expanding the recycled water infrastructure, the City will be replacing ADA ramps and making curb and gutter improvements simultaneously as part of its Capital Improvement Program.
