Housing-Related Development Regulations and Fees

California Assembly Bill 1483, passed into law in late 2019, requires municipal entities to post information on government website regarding development impact fees, annual AB1600 reports, nexus studies, etc. related to housing, with the goal of creating additional transparency for applicants as to the overall costs and applicable regulations when developing housing projects.
