Field Space Available for Rent

Is your business or organization in need of outdoor fitness/exercise space? The City of pleasanton is expanding its efforts to support local businesses and non-profits by offering City parks/fields for rent for health and fitness activities. If you are interested in renting field space, please email Nilo Velazquez at nvelazquez@cityofpleasantonca.gov.

Based on the Alameda County Health Order, below are the requirements for outdoor fitness activities:

  • Groups may not exceed 12 participants.
  • Shared equipment among group members should be avoided.
  • Person-to-person contact prohibited.
  • Everyone over the age of 12 must wear a face covering, unless 30 feet distance is provided.

Please note the following requirements for renting park/field space to conduct classes at a City park:

  • Field Use Application.
  • Current City of Pleasanton Business License.
  • Insurance listing the City of Pleasanton as additionally insured in the amount of $2 million, general liability.

Pleasanton’s Library and Recreation Department and local sports organizations work together to create comprehensive and engaging youth and adult sports programs for all ages and skill levels.

Pleasanton is home to several sports-related facilities including:

  • Ball Diamonds
  • Soccer Fields
  • Basketball Courts
  • Volleyball Courts
  • Bocce Courts
  • Outdoor Hockey Rink
