In addition to its art programs and events, the City of Pleasanton has a collection of public art located at various public spaces throughout the City. Additionally, smart phone users can download STQRY, the new location aware app that allows for a more dynamic public art experience.
The City of Pleasanton is partnering with Kaiser Permanente to place an artistically designed mural at the entrance to one of their campus buildings. The mural should be painted on Medium Density Overlay panels and then later affixed to the wall. The mural should fit the KP brand and image of “Live Well, Be Well.” The mural must fit in the 200 sq. foot location. Chosen artist will receive $10,000.
